Join us to celebrate the launch of Millie Gooch’s new book, Hangxiety.
Join us for a relaxed and inspiring evening of alcohol-free drinks, honest conversation and community at Hinterland, Manchester’s dedicated alcohol-free bar.
Doors will open at 6.30pm, giving you plenty of time to settle in, explore the bar’s selection of alcohol-free drinks and meet other guests.
The evening will feature a sit-down conversation between Karl Considine and Millie Gooch, founder of the Sober Girl Society. Together, they’ll explore all things “hangxiety” - the anxiety, low mood and unease that can follow a night of drinking - as well as our relationship with alcohol, sober curiosity and the benefits of choosing to drink differently.
Following the conversation, there will be an opportunity to meet Millie, have your book signed and take photos.
Whether you’re already alcohol-free, considering cutting back or simply curious about the conversation, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
Please note that the bar will be open throughout the evening for guests to purchase drinks. Drinks are not included in the ticket price.
