PRiME Advanced: Promoting Inclusive Learning Environments
Description:
This interactive three-hour session is an overview of how you can help support an inclusive learning environment for our medical students. We will have chance to understand key concepts in terms of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and how this can affect how students learn.
Participants will gain practical strategies which they can apply to their own contexts, and promote positive behaviours and cultural change within clinical teams and organisations.
There are 3 CPD points for this workshop applied for through the Royal College of Physicians.
*Please note that this session is held Face:Face at the location as specified and will start at 9:30am. Please could we ask you to meet us in The Stopford Building reception by 9:25am so that the session can start with everyone on time as if more than 5 minutes late there will be no access to the building.
If coming by car, the closest car park is Grafton Street Multi Storey Car Park. Please be aware of restricted access to Oxford Road – camera’s in operation!
