Pilates & Movement: A guided, beginner-friendly session led by Movement by Magdelina, focusing on strength, posture, mobility and mindful movement. Suitable for all experience levels.

Gua Sha & Facial Sculpting Masterclass: An interactive session led by Leads & Looks exploring facial massage, gua sha techniques and gentle lymphatic drainage to help reduce temporary puffiness, relieve facial tension and support a refreshed appearance.

Reset & Connect: Unwind, enjoy refreshments, meet like-minded women and discover simple wellness rituals to incorporate into your everyday routine.
