After the pace of December, the celebrations, the commitments and the constant movement, January offers an opportunity to slow everything down, create some space and begin again with intention.

On 6th January, Life Is Sound returns to The Monastery Manchester for our first sound bath experience of 2027.

Following a sold-out 170-person experience at The Monastery in September, we return to this extraordinary space for 90 minutes of sound, stillness and deep relaxation.

Our events have now guided thousands of people into deep rest and meaningful inner reset, and The Monastery has become one of the most powerful spaces in which we have shared this experience. When a venue holds the right stillness, atmosphere and acoustics, the sound does not simply fill the room. You feel it move through you.

Beneath the soaring arches of The Monastery, you will be carried through waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, handpans and deeply restorative instruments, carefully woven together to soften the body, slow the breath and quiet the mind.
