Following sell-out Life Is Sound experiences at Manchester Cathedral and The Monastery, we return to the more intimate surroundings of a true crowd favourite, Stretford Public Hall, for our third year of Relaxation Society sessions.

As the festive season gathers pace, we invite you to step away from the Christmas rush and enjoy a moment of calm before the year comes to a close. Join us for our final sound bath of 2026, an opportunity to slow down, unwind and reconnect in the warm, intimate surroundings of Stretford Public Hall.

The darker evenings are drawing in, the seasons are shifting, and the body begins to ask for rest, warmth and stillness. This evening is an invitation to step away from the noise, soften the nervous system and reconnect with a sense of calm through the deeply restorative power of sound.

Life Is Sound is delighted to continue our sell-out sessions in this stunning venue for our third year. The cosy, centrally heated space provides the perfect sanctuary to unwind, recharge and reconnect as the seasons shift. Stretford Public Hall has become a special part of the Life Is Sound journey, and its intimate setting creates a very different experience from our larger venue sessions.

Settle in for an evening of deep relaxation and enjoy a warming cup of Life Is Sound Herbal Harmony Tea on arrival. Thoughtfully created to complement the experience, it offers a gentle moment to slow down, settle into the space and prepare for the sound journey ahead.

Immersive 90-Minute Sound Bath Guided by James, the session features a soundscape created with crystal bowls, handpans, drums, and chimes. The soothing vibrations and harmonics will help you release stress, rejuvenate your body, and find a deep sense of inner calm. The room’s exceptional acoustics at Stretford Public Hall, combined with its warm, inviting atmosphere, provide the perfect sanctuary for this practice.

Recently restored, it blends its rich history with modern community events, making it an ideal setting for an immersive sound bath. The hall’s acoustics have been carefully tested by James, founder of Life Is Sound, who is excited to bring the Life Is Sound Relaxation Society to this stunning venue for the first time this winter.
