The Monday Reset

This is a beautiful opportunity to enter a deep meditative & healing state of consciousness, as you’re guided by the powerful sounds of an amazing collection of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. Including other instruments such as the paiste gong, koshi chimes, handpan, chime bar & more.

The meditation begins by opening circle with a uplifting prayer followed by some gentle guided breath work to help you relax, opening you to receiving the healing frequencies of the instruments. Throughout we come around to you individually gently playing instruments over you, completely bathing you in soothing angelic tones. Once the Sound Bath has completed you will be guided back into full awareness to close circle.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water and anything else you may need to ensure you’re comfortable throughout your journey. We do have a few spare so if you are unable to bring your own please let us know in advance to ensure we save them for you.

We start promptly at 7pm so please arrive 10-15 mins earlier, due to the nature of the event late arrivals are unable to join once the session has started.
