Get ready to unwind and recharge in our Luxury Sound Bath and reiki experience! Experience deep somatic rest and dream like state relaxation. A premium sound bath experienced on Hästens most luxurious beds.

Set within the exclusive Hästens showroom in Wilmslow, Cheshire, this session immerses you in the ultimate handcrafted comfort of the world’s finest beds. Enveloped by the pure frequencies of resonant crystal bowls and chimes your mind is gently guided into restorative theta waves. This beautiful container allows you to completely drift, dissolve everyday stress, and leave feeling remarkably rested.

What to expect

You will be warmly welcomed into Hästens state of the art show room. With time to checkout the amazing luxury beds, art work and sculptures. You will then be guided to your deeply comforting space, with soft blankets and silk eye masks included.

You can drift away to the beautiful soft sounds of cyrstal bowls, chimes and rainsticks. Whilst being treated to the most beautiful energetic reiki energy with hands on reiki as an option.

Once the sound bath has ended you will gently be welcomed back into the space with herbal teas and soft lighting to finish this beautiful experience.

*Please note this sound bath experience will take place on the gorgeous, luxury beds. If you come along solo that is absolutely fine, noting that you will be sharing one of the luxury beds with another person. The beds are huge so we do not anticipate you being in touching distance.
