Following a series of sold-out sessions at Manchester Cathedral, Life Is Sound returns to The Monastery for another deeply immersive evening of sound, stillness and restoration.

Our events have now guided thousands of people into deep relaxation and meaningful inner reset. The Monastery has become such a special part of that journey because when a venue holds the right energy, stillness and acoustics, the sound does not simply fill the room. You feel it move through you.
