When life feels overwhelming, we build walls and lose touch with natural joy. This workshop invites you to feel a sense of wholeness again.

This workshop is an invitation to:

Bring your body and your nervous system back to calm and safety

Learn how to switch off from constant doing

Restore after long periods of high performance

Reconnect with what has always been there beneath the walls.

Our shared space will include:

Personal intention setting

Restorative flow

Deep relaxation with soothing aroma massage

Breathwork and guided meditation with sound bath

Reflective journaling

Refreshments and time to connect(optional)

Yoga mats and props will be provided, bring your beautiful presence and a friend who can benefit too.

(A gentle note - sound baths may not be suitable for those with sound sensitivity, epilepsy, severe mental health conditions or pregnancy)
