About This Event

AGM Our Annual General Meeting will take place at 10am on Saturday 14th November; all members are encouraged to attend and hear from your committee about what we’ve done over the previous 12 months. We’ll be talking about the key things we’ve done, any challenges we’re facing, answer your questions, and present our accounts – remember that our members own our assets, so this is about how we are using your money to bring you more yoga! Workshop We’re following the AGM with more yoga! We are delighted that Debbie is teaching the traditional post AGM workshop again. Debbie loves teaching anyone, all students no matter what level of experience. In her own words Debbie says: “I try my best to make the poses simple, clear and easy to understand so even if you can’t do the full pose you know what you are supposed to be doing! I try to teach which actions are required to achieve a safe, accurate pose. That’s the beauty of the Iyengar method. We value alignment, precision and correct extension.
