Join us for a focused discussion on managing women's health in the workplace.

October is host to a number of female health and wellbeing awareness campaigns. As part of this, UrbanistasNW is continuing its Female Health Focus series with a closer look at some of the health challenges that can impact women’s wellbeing, confidence and careers.

We’ll be exploring aspects of hormone health, including endometriosis, PCOS and PMDD, as well as contraception and mental wellbeing.

The panel discussion will provide an informal and supportive platform to share information, knowledge and experiences. We’ll discuss symptoms, their potential impact on everyday life and careers, and the options available for managing them.

We want to shine a light on these issues, encourage more open conversations and help create a supportive environment where women can better understand their health and continue to thrive and feel confident in their professional lives.
