Where women find connection, clarity and courage to change. A community that gets it. You don't have to do this alone.
Overview:
Women of Wonder is a monthly gathering where real connection happens and real change begins.
At the heart of everything we do is connection – to yourself, to your body and to others who truly get it. This isn't about fixing yourself – it's about discovering what's already there. Your strength, Your wisdom, Your power & using it to think and feel good.
We focus on Four pillars: Mind, Body, Connection and Community.
Each month explores one of these areas through meaningful conversation, practical exercises and shared experiences.
Mind sessions We dive into topics like confidence, identity and personal growth – with comprehensive workbooks to guide your reflection and deepen your awareness & connection to yourself.
Body sessions bring in skilled practitioners to share their expertise, helping you reconnect with your physical self through movement, nutrition, therapies and somatic practices.
Connection Flows through every session, connection to knowing yourself better and knowing what is right for you, Deepening the connection to those around you through healthy communication, Connection to your body and the community that we are building to support each other.
Community sessions get us outdoors as much as possible – exploring nature, learning new skills and building genuine connections with each other in the fresh air. Whether you're navigating a transition, seeking more confidence, or simply know that something needs to shift – this is your space.
We meet monthly at Friendship Hall in Whitwell. Tea, cake and genuine connection included. Led by Angie Pond, Somatic coach and facilitator, who creates a warm, judgment-free environment where every woman can show up exactly as she is.
