🏠 Property Showcase | Toby Diamond – HMO Projects

This month's Property Showcase will be delivered by Toby Diamond, who will take us behind the scenes of some of his latest projects in the HMO space.

Toby will share the reality of working on these projects, including:

• The projects he's been working on and how they've progressed

• Tips and tricks he's picked up along the way

• Mistakes made and what he'd do differently

• Lessons learned from the projects

• Practical considerations when taking on an HMO

• What has worked and what hasn't

The Property Showcase is all about hearing from people who are actually out there doing it, including the successes as well as the mistakes.

If you're interested in HMOs, property development or learning from real projects, this will be a great part of the evening.

🏠 iHowz Landlords' Association

We're pleased to have iHowz Landlords' Association joining us as part of the evening.

A representative from iHowz will give a short update on the latest issues affecting landlords and the private rented sector, including changes landlords need to be aware of and how iHowz can provide ongoing support.
