Welcome to the ATW Milton Keynes Miles & Music — a brand-new running festival bringing together a Half Marathon, 10k, 5k and Fun Run for one huge day of running, music, food and entertainment at Willen Lake. With the lake, traffic-free paths and extensive surrounding green space, it's a fantastic location for both runners and spectators.

Whether you're chasing a PB, taking on your first 5k, running with friends and family, or looking for a completely new running challenge, Miles & Music is all about enjoying the run and staying for the party.

With traffic-free courses winding their way around Milton Keynes, live music playing throughout the day and entertainment around every corner, this is running with a difference.

Every race will pass through the heart of the event at Willen Lake, where our main stage will be pumping out live music throughout the day. But the music doesn't stop at HQ. Along the courses you'll find live entertainers, DJs and music stations helping to keep the energy high and giving you something to look forward to around every corner.

And once you've crossed the finish line, don't rush home...whether you're looking for your post-race meal, a drink while you watch the action, or something tasty to enjoy while listening to the music, there'll be plenty of options available.

The Milton Keynes Miles & Music Trifecta Challenge is for runners who want to go the extra mile — quite literally! Complete the 5k, 10k and Half Marathon on the same day. That's 36.1km of running in one day!

The Trifecta is the ultimate test of endurance, determination and resilience — and a brilliant way to experience the whole Miles & Music event from start to finish.

Everyone who enters the Trifecta Challenge and successfully completes all three races will receive a very special Milton Keynes Miles & Music Trifecta Challenge medal.

But that's not all... at the end of the day, all successful Trifecta finishers will be invited onto the main stage in front of the Miles & Music crowd to collect their special medal. It'll be the perfect way to finish an incredible day of running.

Half Marathon - Start time: 10:45

Take on 13.1 miles around the traffic-free paths of Milton Keynes. The Half Marathon is the perfect challenge for experienced runners looking for a fast, enjoyable course — or anyone taking on their first half marathon....and for those taking on the Trifecta Challenge, this is where your day begins.

5k - Start time: 14:30

Short, fast and packed with atmosphere. The 5k is ideal for runners looking for a challenge without committing to a longer distance — and is perfect for first-time racers, younger runners, families and those chasing a PB. For Trifecta competitors, it's your second challenge of the day.

10k - Start time: 16:30

A great distance for runners of all abilities. Whether you're looking for a new 10k PB, stepping up from a 5k or simply want to enjoy a brilliant afternoon run, the ATW Milton Keynes 10k gives you the perfect combination of a traffic-free course and festival atmosphere. For our Trifecta runners, it's the final race of the challenge — and the final push towards earning that special medal.

Fun Run - Start time: 15:45

The perfect introduction to running and racing. Our Fun Run is all about getting active, having fun and enjoying the Miles & Music atmosphere. Bring the whole family and let the kids experience the excitement of crossing the finish line. Children under 8 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
