Join us on the 3rd Friday of every month, step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in the powerful resonance of a deeply immersive and restorative Gong Bath.

This session uses multiple large therapeutic gongs to create an immersive meditative environment of vibration, resonance and sound.As the tones build and unfold, many people experience deep relaxation. mental stillness and a profound sense of reset.

No experience is needed. Simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself space to rest.

On the night:Mats to lie on will be provided.

Please bring pillows/cushions for support.

A blanket / sleeping bag.

Water to drink afterwards.

Please note:

The doors will open for the Gong Bath 10 minutes prior to the start to give you time to get set up and settled in.

The sessions are for 18's only or 16+ if with a parent.A gong bath may not be for you if you are pregnant and in your first or last three months of pregnancy. Have a pacemaker, metal cochlear implants, or experience epilepsy or other types of seizures, have a sound sensitive condition such as Tinnitus, Labyrinthitis or Meniere's disease. Please refer to your GP in the first instance.

The event is hosted and facilitated by Shon Ross of Inneflow, who has been running immersive Sound and Gong Bath experiences across the UK for the last 6 years.Shon holds a diploma in Sound Therapy with Distinction and has been trained in the methods of Gong Grand Master Don Conreaux, who is credited with holding the first ever official Sound Bath in San Francisco in 1975.
