Join us for an informative and welcoming evening dedicated to helping women better understand their hormones, health and wellbeing.
Hosted by Dr Nikki Ramskill, founder of The Female Health Doctor Clinic, this month's Women's Wellness & Networking Evening welcomes special guests Lucy Childerley and Dr Katie Caldwell.
Many women are told their blood tests are "normal" yet continue to struggle with symptoms such as:
Fatigue and low energy
Brain fog
Weight gain
PMS and PMDD
Perimenopause and menopause symptoms
Digestive issues
Low mood and anxiety
Fertility concerns
Sleep disturbances
During this session, Lucy will explain how functional nutrition can work alongside conventional medical care to provide a more complete picture of health. Dr Katie will introduce us to the Prysm Devce that measures your body's response to supplementation.
Topics we'll explore:
What functional nutrition is and how it complements traditional medicine
Understanding the role of nutrition in hormone health
What a DUTCH Test is and what it can reveal about hormone production and metabolism
What comprehensive gut health testing can reveal about digestion, microbiome balance, inflammation, nutrient absorption and hormone health
The gut-hormone connection, including how factors such as beta-glucuronidase activity may influence oestrogen metabolism
Supporting symptoms such as fatigue, PMS, perimenopause, menopause, digestive issues and metabolic health
Practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies women can implement to optimise their health
The Prysm Device and how this helps you to track the impact the supplements and lifestyle changes you make is working for your body.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and learn how personalised nutrition approaches can support your individual health journey.
