A Reiki-infused sound journey and walking meditation at the Hill of Uisneach, where sacred land and sound meet the light within you.

Held on the sacred land of the Hill of Uisneach, this experience brings together sound, Reiki and the land. The land is not simply where the experience takes place. It is part of it. Its ancient ceremonial significance and presence shape the time we spend there.

We’ll begin outside with a guided walking meditation through the grounds towards the fort and the striking figure of Ériu. Along the way, I’ll guide a simple breathing practice based on Oxygen Advantage® principles, bringing awareness to the breath as part of the meditation. From there, we’ll enter the Yurt for a Reiki-infused sound journey, with Reiki offered alongside the sound.

There is nothing to achieve. Nothing is required. Just receive.

Radiating Light creates space for the light already within you to come forward in its own time.

The outdoor walking meditation will take place weather permitting.

Your Comfort Kit

As we’ll be lying down during the sound journey, please wear comfortable clothing and bring what you need to stay warm and comfortable.

Please bring:

Comfortable padding to lie on, such as a yoga mat with an extra blanket underneath, a padded mat or similar

A blanket to cover yourself

Optional: a pillow or cushion for under your knees, plus an eye mask

About Your Facilitators:

Led by Aga, sound practitioner with an Advanced Master Diploma in Sound Therapy and an Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor, alongside Justyna, Reiki Master.

Arrival: Please meet at the Hill of Uisneach Visitor Centre car park by 10am. We’ll be heading to the yurt together and cannot accommodate late arrivals once the group has left the car park.
