Join us at Bective Mill on Friday 23rd October 2026 at 6.30pm for a magical evening of community and connection through Cacao, meditation and sound under the Full Moon. This circle is an opportunity to learn more about cacao, to drink it together in community with other likeminded souls, and to relax and enjoy a beautiful guided meditation ✨

What is Cacao?

Cacao is a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine that has been used for centuries in rituals and communal gatherings. It is the raw, unprocessed seed of the Theobroma cacao tree, which is the foundational ingredient used to make all chocolate and cocoa.

Drinking Cacao has many health benefits as it is rich in nutrients, antioxidents and magnesium. The naturally occuring chemical compounds in cacao also support emotional openness, presence, and connection. It invites us to soften, listen inwardly, and meet ourselves with compassion. When taken with intention, cacao becomes a ritual companion, helping us open the heart, ground in the body, and connect more deeply with ourselves and one another.

The Full Moon

Full moons are a great time to release something that no longer serves us so our session will include some a few minutes to journal around what you wish to release this month.

What Do I Need to Bring?

Feel free to bring a blanket, your yoga mat (some will be available), a cushion for comfort, a water bottle, your favourite mug and your journal. Please wear something comfortable. You may wish bring some layers so you don't get cold during the meditation in this session.
