You are warmly welcome to my Jewellery making Workshop & Mindfulness happening on Friday the 23d of October at 6pm in St Andrew's Community Hall in Dublin.
The workshop includes:
- Meditation on transition into winter darker time,
- Learning about healing qualities of natural stones,
- Creating accessories for autumn, Halloween👻 and already Christmas gifts!🎅
After my trip in the Himalayas, I found jewellery making a beautiful mindfulness practice. It helps release stress, ease anxiety and bring bigger peace, stability and joy. Natural stones have a grounding harmonising effect on our body and mind✨️
