A welcoming women's circle offering space to pause, connect and enjoy meaningful conversation, reflection and a sense of belonging.

This morning offers an opportunity to slow down, take some time for yourself and connect with other women in a warm, welcoming and supportive space. Through guided journaling, gentle somatic grounding, mindfulness practices and meaningful conversation, we will create space for reflection, sharing and connection, while exploring self-worth, personal boundaries and the importance of prioritising ourselves. An invitation to step away from everyday responsibilities, feel heard, supported and connected, and simply be yourself. ✨The morning will close with gentle reflection, gratitude and intention setting.

Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate and welcoming.
