Our most popular course will help develop your bread making skills. We follow the ethos of ‘Proper Bread’ using locally-milled stone-ground flours and sourdough starters to produce wonderfully delicious and nutritious bread. Following-on from our beginners course, our master baker will help you make up to four delicious artisan loaves. All dough is kneaded by hand. A basic knowledge will help but is not essential. These courses are relaxed, informative and fun. WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School TIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm COST: £175 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a set three course communal lunch (including vegetarian option) with wine in the Cookery School, your own apron, breads and recipes to take home.
