St Patrick’s Day is celebrated around the world by both Irish and non-Irish alike. But what do you know about traditional Irish cuisine? For generations potatoes were the main staple of Irish food resulting in many tasty ways to use them. This workshop isn’t all about potatoes you will also learn a variety of traditional dishes just right to soak up the black stuff. For home cooks who want to explore something new. Our cookery classes are relaxed, informative and fun and are specially designed by our teaching chefs to give you skills and confidence in the kitchen. So enjoy an alternative night out preparing a delicious, seasonal selection of dishes which you can eat during strategic breaks or simply take home to enjoy in front of the T.V.! All of our weeknight cookery club sessions are suitable for beginner cooks and are led by our friendly chef tutors.
