On this session, you will explore some traditional Japanese techniques and staple ingredients which transform the ordinary into the sensational. Experience the meditation of traditional slow-braising and the quick pace of teriyaki. Our cookery classes are relaxed, informative and fun and are specially designed by our teaching chefs to give you skills and confidence in the kitchen. All of our weeknight cookery club sessions are suitable for beginner cooks and are led by our friendly chef tutors.
