Join us for a Pink Lane bakery adventure, where you'll make and take home festive biscuits and treats!

Create a selection of delicious homemade treats that are perfect for gifting or sharing with family and friends. In this class, you'll learn how to make traditional ricciarelli, buttery melt-in-your-mouth shortbread, and rich, indulgent chocolate truffles. From mastering the techniques behind each recipe to beautifully presenting your handmade creations.

This hands on evening course will be taught by our head pastry chef our fully kitted out training workshop in Baker’s Yard, just 10 minutes from Gosforth High Street. We’ll provide tea, coffee and light refreshments

You’ll go home with everything you’ve made, recipes as well as the confidence and experience to bring to your pumpkin pie baking at home. Looking forward to baking with you!
