About This Event

Franciscan Prayers for World Peace involves local members of the Third Order of the Society of St Francis praying silently. This takes place in the Chapel of the Asc at Newcastle Cathedral.

<p>On the fourth Monday of every month, local members of the Third Order of the Society of St Francis pray silently for peace in the Chapel of the Ascension. They then participate in the 12:30pm Eucharist and invite all who are there to have lunch together afterwards at Café 16 in the Cathedral refectory.
