In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to create a buttery sweet pastry and prepare a smooth, velvety pumpkin filling, delicately spiced with a blend of warming autumn flavours. From mixing and rolling the dough to baking a beautifully crisp golden crust, you'll learn the techniques behind this timeless seasonal favourite.

This hands on evening course will be taught by our head pastry chef our fully kitted out training workshop in Baker’s Yard, just 10 minutes from Gosforth High Street.

We’ll provide tea, coffee and light refreshments

You’ll go home with everything you’ve made, recipes as well as the confidence and experience to bring to your pumpkin pie baking at home. Looking forward to baking with you!
