Learn from the head of our savouries team what goes into the crisp pastry and juicy fillings of a proper Pink Lane savoury.

This hands on, full day course will cover a range of pastry techniques including hot water crust pork pies, the secrets to making our flaky sausage roll pastry and pie cases to suit a range of fillings.

Based in our fully kitted out workshops space in Baker’s Yard, 10 minutes from Gosforth High Street, we’ll make a selection of savouries (with a break for lunch ). You’ll learn the techniques, tips and recipes to recreate a range of delicious savoury bakes at home.

You’ll be welcomed with tea, coffee and sweet pastries and after a fun, hands-on day you'll leave with your bakes, a goodie bag, recipes and more....

Please note, we offer refunds up to 7 days before this event - any refunds will require you to pay eventbrite fees of around £10 - this will be deducted from the balance of your refund.
