The Red Squirrel Recovery Network are hosting a fun day to learn all about our native red squirrels at East Cramlington Nature Reserve. Learn how they are being protected locally by the Cramlington and District Red Squirrel Group and get stuck in with squirrelly crafts including lino printing and wooden squirrel decorating, storytelling in the woods and guided walks.

This event is a drop in so you can join us for as much or as little of the day as you like. We'll be starting our squirrel walks from our gazebo at 13:00 and 15:00. If you are joining us by car, the public car park is free but has limited spaces so please park responsibly.
Please wear outdoor clothing suitable for the weather and sturdy shoes ready for exploring uneven ground in the woods. No equipment required just bring yourselves! Dogs are welcome.
This event is a drop in and booking is not required but if you know you are going to join us please book a place to help us keep track of numbers.
