Each session explores a different theme, which we explore through **meditation, discussions, readings, music** and **contemplation.** Join us for a **Samhain-themed gathering** rooted in the ancient Gaelic festival marking the end of the harvest and the beginning of winter. Samhain is one of the traditional roots of **Halloween**, with customs around remembrance, fire, and the boundary between the living and the spirit world. Together, we’ll celebrate Samhain by honouring the turning of the seasons, and creating space for **reflection, connection and community** There is no religious or spiritual requirement to attend. Whether you're curious, practicing or simply looking for a place to pause - **all are welcome here.** * **5:45 - 6pm** **Arrivals and Refreshments** Teas, coffees, biscuits and sweet treats.
