The six-week Tai Chi course will take place at Bewick Hall, Level 2, Newcastle City Library on September 15, 2026. The sessions, priced at £33.22, involve gentle movements designed to improve balance, mobility, and concentration.

Calm, gentle movement designed to improve balance, mobility and concentration

Over six sessions, you'll be guided through a series of gentle movements designed to improve balance, mobility and concentration while promoting a sense of calm. No experience is needed. £30 + booking fee. Please attend all 6 sessions, if you can, as it is designed to be a course.

Please note dates of sessions are Tuesdays from 11-12midday, on 15/9, 22/9, 29/9, 6/10 and 20/10 and Friday16/10.
