Join Show Up Club at Fenwick for a Pilates session with a difference, created to help you press pause after a busy week.

Held in Fenwick’s new event space and led by Newcastle-based Pilates instructor and business owner Emma Amos, you’ll move through a calming Pilates session wearing wireless silent disco headphones, with a binaural beats soundtrack helping you switch off, slow down and focus on yourself.

Think of it as an hour to reset before the weekend begins.

The session is suitable for different levels of Pilates experience, with Emma guiding you throughout.

Silent disco headphones and mats will be provided.
