Weekend Winddown: A Calming Sound Bath & Meditation
Join us for a calming Friday evening designed to help you switch off from the week and settle into the weekend feeling more relaxed and at ease.
We’ll begin with simple grounding breathwork and gentle body awareness to help your mind and body slow down. You’ll then be guided into a 60-minute sound bath using crystal singing bowls and chimes, chosen to support deep rest, ease tension, and help calm the nervous system.
The session is held in a softly lit, peaceful space and is suitable whether you’re new to sound baths or have attended before. Many people come on their own, and you’re very welcome to do so - the atmosphere is quiet, inclusive, and relaxed.
After the session, there’s time to re-ground gently before heading home. If you’d like, there will be an optional herbal tea and a small reflection card to take with you.
This session is about slowing down, letting go of the week, and giving your nervous system a chance to reset.
No prior experience needed. Please bring comfy layers and anything you need to be comfortable - a mat, blanket, and pillow are recommended.
Important Health Disclaimer: Sound bath sessions may not be suitable for individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, those with a pacemaker, metal implants, recent broken bones, epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
