Autumn Equinox marks the midpoint between the light and dark halves of the year.

Day and night are of equal length, a moment of transition when we shift from the warmth and abundance of summer to the cooler, more reflective days of autumn.

Join me on Sunday 20th September to take stock of our own metaphorical harvest.

We gather on the beach for sunrise & we will practice a grounding sunrise meditation, energising yogalates flow, optional sea dip, a mindful wander & sketch/write ritual, followed by connection around a beach fire to take us into the new season.

You will go away with a sense of renewal for the season ahead.

6:15 - Meet on the beach.

7:00 - Sunrise meditation & movement.

8:00 - Sea dip (optional).

8:30 - Mindful walk & gather.

9:00 - Light fire & guided journalling/sketching.

10:00 - Finish.

Everyone welcome.

No prior experience or level of fitness required.

Each participant will receive a goodie bag to take home with them.
