Taking place on the Saturday before this year's AJ Bell Great North Run, the Pilates-based session, led by expert instructor Kate Davis from koveclub, will focus on mobilising the joints, reducing stiffness and activating key muscles to prime participants for running 13.1 miles, ending with a short meditation to help runners relax ahead of race day.
We’ll then sit down for a panel talk and audience Q&A with some exciting and inspiring celebrity guests, who’ll share stories to help motivate and inspire participants – and help ease any pre-race nerves!
Plus, all attendees will walk away with a yoga mat and stainless steel water bottle courtesy of our brand partner, Primark.
