Manjula Bray identifies, draws out and helps individuals nurture their talents. As a business psychologist and career coach for the last 25 years, she cultivated her former Human Resources recruitment and development expertise to coach individuals from a variety of backgrounds to achieve more in their careers. You’ll leave this interactive introduction with greater insight into your own behaviours- when and how you help and hinder yourself in decision-making. Using the well known Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) tool, you’ll learn what needs to change going forward and how you can make a start.
