Be More Ben have joined forces with Alicia Ray Wellbeing and Wave Retreat to provide an immersive yoga & wellbeing retreat at St Nectan's Glen, Tintagel, Cornwall. This retreat is exclusively for parents whose child has died.
The retreat is half board with evening meals, breakfasts and some refreshments included (excluding alcohol). You will receive a 10% discount at the on-site cafe (open to the public) and you are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages to enjoy with meals.
Check in on Friday 11th September (meet at car park at 2:30pm).
Check out on Sunday 13th September.
This bespoke retreat includes (amongst other things) unlimited access to waterfall and rainforest setting including private out-of-hours access to waterfall, time to connect with nature, guided coastal walk, firepit ceremony and star gazing, yoga nidra and sound bath, twice daily yoga and mindfulness and meditation practices. All activities are entirely optional.
This retreat is for a maximum of 8 people. There are two accommodation buildings, each with three rooms (1 for the hosts). Priority will be given to parents who have not attended one of our retreats previously.
