Ritual Rhythms: Conscious Dance Rave Ritual

Join us for a vibrant community sober ecstatic dance experience! Begin your journey with an optional ceremonial cacao served beforehand to awaken your senses. We then flow into a playful group warm-up, preparing your body and spirit for the dance ahead.

Immerse yourself and allow your body to move however it wants to through a carefully curated dance journey featuring tribal rhythms, South American folktronica, sweeping ambient moods, tech-house, breakbeats, and everything in between! We close the dance in stillness with with live soundscapes and a heartfelt closing circle to unite and celebrate our shared rhythm.

As an ecstatic or conscioous dance space we share certain guidelines together:

It is a sober space free of stimulants (aside from a little cacao!)

We dance barefoot on the beautiful wooden floor (unoess we need to wear light shoes for medical reasons)

We observe no talking on the dancefloor (although wild tribal whooping is enjoyed!)

No phones on the dancefloor or out in the space

We start and close the dance together - please arrive & be ready to begin by 10:15am

10:00 Join us for optional cacao

10:15 guided group warm up and opening circle

10:30 The dance begins

12:15 Unwind with live soundscapes and closing circle
