Crop Planning for the Season Ahead with Conor from Aral Farm

Founded in 2022 by Conor and Rose, Aral Farm was created with a vision of building a small patch of paradise: a farm that is ecologically regenerative, socially empowering, and economically viable.

In this hands-on workshop, Conor will share his approach to crop planning and guide participants through developing their own plan for the coming season. By the end of the session, you'll have the foundations of a crop plan tailored to your growing space.

The workshop will cover:

Assessing your farm or growing site

Defining cropping areas

Crop rotations

Setting up farm blocks

Crop itineraries

Harvest forecasting

Yield forecasting

Creating a crop plan and seasonal action plan

This step-by-step session is suitable for growers looking to improve organisation, productivity, and confidence in planning for the year ahead.
