Hope In Recovery

This workshop aims to explore hope in relation to recovery and to consider what we can learn about hope from each other. It will also consider the importance of hope in relation to recovery and how hope might be found and harnessed to mitigate mental ill-health and promote recovery.

Students can expect to be encouraged to consider how they can proactively instill hope in their lives and/or the lives of those around them.

There will be interactive exercises and students will be encouraged to share their own ideas and perspectives about the material covered.
