As winter settles over The Wellness Meadow, we invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and into an afternoon of warmth, connection and deep rest.

Our dedicated Wellness Meadow has been lovingly created as a place to slow down, reconnect with nature and simply breathe.

For this special seasonal retreat it will be transformed with fairy lights, lanterns and a glowing fire, creating a magical setting beneath the winter sky.

We'll begin with a gentle winter yoga practice, moving mindfully to warm the body and quiet the mind before gathering together for a homemade seasonal lunch.

As the afternoon unfolds, we'll explore the beauty of winter with a mindful nature walk before creating our own handcrafted woodland-inspired decoration to take home—a keepsake to enjoy each Christmas and remember your time in The Wellness Meadow.

As daylight begins to fade, we'll gather around the fire with luxury hot chocolate, taking a few peaceful moments to simply watch the winter sunset together.

There will be no rush, no distractions—just the changing sky, the warmth of the fire and the gentle rhythm of nature.

As darkness falls and the fairy lights begin to twinkle, you'll settle beneath blankets for a one-hour Twilight Sound Journey, allowing the soothing sounds and vibrations to guide you into profound relaxation.

We'll finish around the fire with a gentle candlelit closing circle before you head home carrying your handmade decoration, a thoughtful seasonal gift and, we hope, a deep sense of calm to carry into the winter months.
