Lift your voice
As the seasons change, so do the rhythms of the world around us. Lift Your Voice is a chance to come together, breathe, sing and connect through simple, beautiful songs inspired by nature and the season we're in.
Led by Haley Glennie-Smith, these relaxed and welcoming sessions explore the joy of singing as a group - no previous singing experience or musical ability needed.
We'll learn and sing songs together, drawing inspiration from the natural world, the changing seasons and the simple pleasure of making music with other people. There’s no pressure to perform or sing perfectly - just come as you are and add your voice to the collective.
Whether you already love to sing, haven't sung for years, or think you're “not a singer”, you're very welcome.
Come to lift your voice, connect with others and leave feeling a little lighter.
Part of our Wednesday evening Move, Breathe & Sing series.

MOVE - yoga, movement & deep rest
BREATHE - breathwork, somatic practice & connection
SING - breath, voice & collective expression
