The Better Health Generation also support people who are currently in work, including those who are off sick and may need guidance with returning to the workplace. This can include help with reasonable adjustments, phased returns, and accessing schemes such as Access to Work.

You’ll receive advice tailored to your goals, whether that’s improving your CV, preparing for interviews, exploring training opportunities, or overcoming barriers to employment.

These friendly and informal sessions are designed around you- giving you the time and space to ask questions, build skills, and take practical steps towards your next opportunity.
