Welcome to UoN Empower Week: Learn to Lift!

Date: 21st October, 6.30-7.15pm

Location: Jubilee Sports Centre, Functional Training Room (1st Floor)

Join us for Empower - a week of sports, exercise and fun. OPEN to all women, trans and non-binary identifying UoN Students and FREE for all, come and try a new sport, have a go at lifting or meet some new people. Empower offers a safe, inclusive and judgement-free space to exercise amongst fellow female and non-binary students and help you find your active!

Whether you're a bit confident in the weights section or completely new to the lifting, this event is perfect for anyone looking to have fun, get active, and meet new friends. See you there!
