Ay up! Join us for our Monthly Moot!

We launched the Nottingham Folklore Society on the 3rd of September to 45 people, however, we realise that not everyone that wanted to attend could do so.

Therefore, please sign-up to our next Monthly Moot, which will take place on Thursday 8th October, so we have a better idea of how many people will attend and therefore we can choose a suitable venue for this meeting.

What are our Monthly Moot's like?

Our monthly meetings have the aim of bringing local people that are interested in folklore together and therefore, these are fun socials where you can meet new people and hear about upcoming local customs and events.

We will also be inviting people to talk at these meetings, whether that's reading your favourite folk tale, a show and tell or a talk about a particular folky subject!
