Join us for an intimate journey into the descent, where we will explore the hidden parts of ourselves, the emotions we suppress and the shadows we have learned to fear.

Through guided meditation, reflection and sacred ritual, we will gently turn towards what lies beneath the surface, discovering that darkness is not something to escape, but something we can learn to find peace within.

This is an invitation to release judgement, embrace your whole self and recognise the beauty that exists in both light and shadow.

You do not need to arrive healed, fearless or whole. Simply come as you are, willing to meet yourself a little more deeply.
