Two hour walking tour of energy efficient homes in Beeston.

Greening Beeston is delighted to be offering this two-hour walking tour for the community.

The tour will stop at several properties to talk about energy saving changes made - from low-cost actions e.g. fitting Thermostatic Radiator Valves, to extensive retrofit projects such as Internal & External Insulation, Photo Voltaic Solar Panels and Heat Exchangers. A QR code at each property links to its EcoTrail-NG9 web page where owners describe in their own words benefits gained as well as problems encountered. Gil Shalom a local architect with specialist retrofit knowledge will be with us on the tour.
