Nottingham parents, you may have found your community for monthly nature walks.

Join us for the next free nature walk at Bilborough Park. Wander at your own pace, notice the little things, make something simple from natural materials. All materials will be included.

This walk is for you and is open to all Nottingham parents, for both your body and mind. There's no experience needed, just enjoy the morning with a welcoming community, and get creative!

Date: Saturday 7th November 2026, then every first Saturday until March

Time: 10.00am – 12.00pm

Venue: Bilborough Park (meet at the entrance of Harvey Hadden Sports Village)

It is free to attend but booking is required as spaces are limited: https://www.bridgebuilderswellbeing.com/events/upcoming-events

You can also join our Move More WhatsApp group to stay connected between sessions and for continuous peer support ❤️

Come as you are, whether you're joining us for the first time or coming back from our last event.

Meet and connect with others who understand the challenges of family life.

Hope to see you there!

Thanks to funding from Active Travel England, we're able to offer this 6-month project completely free for local parents!
