Adult Sensory Movers — Discover the freedom of movement in a welcoming, low-pressure online space. Sensory Movers is for women, neurodivergent people, and those with disabilities who prefer a gentler pace in the comfort of your own home. This month we are using our hair or a cushion as a prop to move with. Spaces are limited to 10 adults.

✨ Who is a Sensory Mover? A Sensory Mover is someone who enjoys exploring movement and sensory experiences through props and space — in their own way, at their own pace.

✨ Online Session Promises:

Home comforts – Grab a CUSHION and a SCARF to use as a prop.

How sensory friendly is my space? - Time to adjust your space to your preferences.

Simple warm-up – Easy-to-follow movements, quick intro with prop to try at your own pace.

Open creative practice – Time to move your way to music.

Nervous system cool-down – Slow stretches and breath work to reset.

Cameras optional – Keep yours ON or OFF.

Mutes on – No forced group sharing or awkward intros.

📆 When: Thursday 24th July, 7pm - 8pm (1 hour) UK time

📍 Where: Live on Zoom

🆓 Cost: Sliding scale £4.50 / £6.50 / £8.50 + Eventbrite processing fee. Fees go towards the running costs of Sensory Movers. Cancellation refund available up to 24 hours before the event.
