A practical and experiential exploration of how you show up in partnership—and what your partnerships may be asking of you.
Over the past 17 years, Sherry Matheson and Kerry Woodcock have co-coached teams, co-facilitated programs, co-supervised team coaches, and trained team coaching supervisors. Along the way, we have become fascinated by partnership itself.
We are obsessed with all things "co."
Not simply because collaboration helps us do better work, but because partnership has proven to be one of the most powerful developmental mirrors we know.
Again and again, we have witnessed how partnership reveals our strengths, assumptions, habits, aspirations, vulnerabilities, and blind spots. We have seen how what emerges between partners often mirrors dynamics within the wider systems they serve. And we have discovered that partnership itself can become a profound vehicle for growth, awareness, and transformation.
In a world that increasingly requires collaboration across difference, we believe that the capacity to partner well—alongside the capacity for reflexivity—is one of the most important skills for coaches, supervisors, facilitators, and leaders.
**This experiential workshop invites you to explore how you show up in partnership through three interconnected lenses:**
**Role Partnership** — the visible agreements, responsibilities, and contributions that shape how we work together.
**Soul Partnership** — the deeper patterns, assumptions, longings, gifts, and shadows that influence how we relate.
**Whole Partnership** — the possibility that partnership itself becomes a living entity in service to something larger than either individual.
Rather than teaching a model, we will invite you into an experience.
Through movement, reflection, inquiry, and conversation, you will have an opportunity to explore your own partnerships and notice what becomes visible when you move between these different ways of understanding relationship.
Whether you come with a co-coach, a co-facilitator, a leadership partner, a supervisor, or simply a partnership that is alive in your thinking, this workshop offers a reflective space to explore the question:
What becomes visible when partnership is treated as a mirror rather than a mechanism for getting things done?
What might my partnerships be revealing—and what are they inviting me to see?
Expect a blend of experiential learning, guided reflection, practical insight, and meaningful conversation.
Come curious.
Leave with a clearer understanding of how you show up in partnership, what your partnerships may be asking of you, and a practical framework for working more consciously with the relationships that shape your work and life.
