Spend a delicious couple of hours learning to make your own chocolate truffles and mendiants in this fun, hands-on workshop.

Join me for a fun, hands-on Chocolate Truffle Workshop at South Leigh Village Hall, near Witney.

During this two-hour workshop, you’ll learn the art of making delicious handmade chocolates from scratch. I’ll guide you through each stage, from making a rich chocolate ganache to tempering chocolate and coating your own truffles using professional techniques.

You’ll also learn how to temper chocolate successfully and use your tempered chocolate to create beautiful chocolate mendiants.

During the workshop you’ll:

Make rich chocolate truffle centres from scratch

Learn how to temper chocolate successfully

Coat your own handmade chocolate truffles

Create beautiful chocolate mendiants

Pick up plenty of tips and techniques to continue making chocolates at home

You’ll take home:

15 handmade chocolate truffles and 14 chocolate mendiants, beautifully packaged to enjoy at home or share.

All chocolate, ingredients, specialist equipment and take-home packaging are provided.
